Cook pasta in a large pan of boiling salted water as directed on packet, until just tender.
Meanwhile , heat olive oil in a small saucepan. Add spring onions and cook, stirring occasionally, for 2-3 minutes.
Add garlic and cook for 2 minutes. Drain pasta and return to saucepan. Add spring onion mixture and salt and pepper.
Add tomatoes to pasta and stir over a gentle heat, to warm through. Stir in Mozzarella and Parmesan. Coarsely tear basil leaves, add to pasta with olives and serve immediately.
