Ingredients


  • 6 slices bread
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 45g (1 1/2 oz/ 9 teaspoons) butter

Triangle Eggy Breads

Method


  1. Cut the bread into triangle shapes using a biscuit cutter.

  2. Beat the egg and milk together and put into a shallow dish.

  3. Melt the butter in a large frying pan. Dip the bread triangles in the egg mixture, coating each side, then place in the frying pan and cook on each side until golden. Serve at once.
