Put the peanut butter, sesame seeds and yogurt into a bowl and mix together until they are well blended.
Toast the slices of bread on each side, remove the crusts and cut each slice into 8 triangles.
Quarter the apples, remove the cores and cut each piece into 3 slices. Cut the skin off the pineapple and discard. Cut the pineapple into neat pieces. Serve the dip with the toast and fruit.
