Breakfast Dip

A healthy breakfast for your kids. Its yummy and delicious. !!!

  • 115G (4oz 1/2 cup) crunchy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 6 tablespoons low natural low fat yogurt
  • 2 thick slices bread
  • 2 dessert apples
  • 1/2 small pineapples

Breakfast Dip


  1. Put the peanut butter, sesame seeds and yogurt into a bowl and mix together until they are well blended.

  2. Toast the slices of bread on each side, remove the crusts and cut each slice into 8 triangles.

  3. Quarter the apples, remove the cores and cut each piece into 3 slices. Cut the skin off the pineapple and discard. Cut the pineapple into neat pieces. Serve the dip with the toast and fruit.
